Kevin James Nashville Concert reviews
The show was very good
Kevin James put on a very good show. Some jokes had us sliding off our seats. The venue (NJPAC) was very well managed and there was plenty of convenient parking.
There was a problem with Ticket Master. We purchased the tickets online on the day of the event. Everything looked good and we printed our tickets. A little while after we were seated another couple said we were in their seats. Their tickets were for exactly the seats as our tickets. Luckily the usher was able to get them some very comparable seats close to ours.
This is the second time in a row that we had a problem we a Ticket Master. The last time was at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ. We tied to enter the arena and were told our tickets were no good. They said to go to the ticket booth and see what they could do to straighten this out. There was a long line with other people with ticket problems. Once we got to the counter, they said it looked like we sold the tickets. WE DID NOT SELL THE TICKETS. They were able to get us some substitute tickets, which we had to pay for, and they told us how to contact Ticket Master to request a refund. We did ultimately get a full refund after some effort. We missed the beginning of the Elton John show.
One screw up may be forgivable but twice is pattern of poor management. There can be no excuse for not providing secure and accurate tickets.
